Runo Turmeric+ capsules provide 90mg of pure powdered fruit and pericarp, a member of the Ginger family of herbs often referred to as “CURCUMIN.” Research has been conducted on the potential clinical benefits of this extensively valued herb. The suggested dosage is three 540mg capsules daily, taken with water, warm milk, yogurt (or almond milk for vegans and vegetarians).
